SignFastAi is now fully localized in Japanese (日本語), alongside English and Chinese. Switch languages from the site header — the app, marketing pages, and emails all follow your selection.

Send documents for signature

You can now upload a PDF, mark signature, initial, and date fields, and send a secure signing link — no account required for the person signing.

Multiple signers, in order or all at once

Add as many signers as a document needs and choose whether they sign in a set order or simultaneously. Each signer is only notified once it's their turn.

A real audit trail on every document

Every signed document is locked and attached to a tamper-evident audit trail — timestamp, IP address, and a verification hash — sent to everyone involved.
